Your New Role
As a Project Engineering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the engineering delivery across UK rolling stock bids and projects. You’ll provide technical leadership, assurance and governance, acting as the key engineering interface between customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
This is a genuinely hands‑on leadership role, where your engineering judgement, systems approach and people skills will be just as important as your technical expertise. If you enjoy leading complex engineering delivery, thrive on stakeholder interaction, and want to influence how major rolling stock projects are delivered, this could be the perfect next move for you.
If you’re a Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an experienced Project Engineering Manager looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
