Lily Residential Services is looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children s homes in Weymouth. You will be supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Weymouth
Hours: 39 hours per week, including an average of 2.33 sleep-ins per week (calculated over a rota)
Salary: £31,382 £31,990.40 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments)
Additional pay:
* Higher sleep-in rates for any additional sleep-ins above the rota d amount
* 10% uplift on hourly rate for overtime worked within a set period

About You
We re looking for people who:
* Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
* Have experience in care or working with children (essential)
* Are compassionate, resilient and emotionally aware
* Are able to work long days and sleep-ins
* Are motivated to positively impact the lives of vulnerable young people

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality day-to-day care and emotional support
