About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Employee Relations Advisor to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy HR function, requiring someone who can confidently manage a variety of ER casework from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a range of Employee Relations cases
* Absence management including reviews and return-to-work processes
* Supporting and leading on disciplinaries and grievances
* Providing clear, consistent advice to managers in line with policy and employment law
* Working proactively to resolve issues and support positive working relationships
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong ER advisory experience
* Proven ability to manage cases end-to-end
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to start immediately
