Job Title: Finance Administrator Salary: Scale 4 Hours: 17.5 hours per week (08:30 - 12:00 Monday to Friday, TTO plus TED days) Location: Red Hill CE Primary School Permanent Start Date: 01 September 2026 Due to the retirement of our existing Finance Administrator, the Governors and staff of our large church school are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Finance Administrator to work as part of our dynamic and forward-thinking Administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Individual to play a key role in the smooth operation of our finance function within the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager, Headteacher, Governors and wider leadership team to maintain and further develop the schools financial function as well as be part of and support the school’s strong Christian ethos, high standards of customer service, and good working relationships both internal and external to the school. We are looking for an inspirational practitioner, ideally with a proven track record of schools finance, a willingness to learn a new finance database; Tech One, and a passion for operating a clear and transparent finance function that is subject to external audit scrutiny.
