Berry Recruitment are looking for a experienced Venue Manager for a stunning 19th century barn is set within beautiful Warwickshire countryside and is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, only five minutes from Warwick, and junction fifteen of the M40.
Desired Skills:
Love for all things wedding related with an outgoing personality, great telephone and client facing manner. this candidate must have operational wedding venue experience.
Excellent organisational, customer service and sales skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong IT stills: Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM system experience preferable.
The ability to work under pressure with proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Confident leadership skill to oversee staffing, full and part-time.
Have a strong background in hospitality and have previous experience in the same or similar rolls.
Expectations:
To oversee all aspects of general venue manager roll operations to ensure on-going success of the venue. Start to finish responsibility for the couples smooth planning and running of all aspects of their wedding with us.
