We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified social worker with North Somerset Council, working within the Central Safeguarding Adult services team to assess and coordinate service user needs.
This role is advertised at £33 p/h
Key roles include but are not limited to:
1. Assessing and coordinating health and social care needs
2. Financial assessments
3. Developing, implementing and monitoring care plans
4. Independently making s.42(1) decisions and coordinating s.42(2) responses
5. Adopting a variety of approaches in order to ensure that the adult at risk remains central to the response
6. Establishing appropriate relationships with service users and their families
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
7. Social Work qualification
8. Social Work England registration
9. Post-qualification work experience is desirable
