Studio Manager
Salary: £35-45k depending on experience
Location: Waterloo
Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
This role will be full time office based
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls, manage meeting room bookings, and welcome guests and visitors
* Keep the reception area and office tidy and presentable
* Manage incoming and outgoing post
* Order and maintain office and stationery supplies as well as manage relationships with suppliers
* Manage recycling practices
* Oversee maintenance contracts
* Maintain fire and security checks, carry out alarm tests, drills and assist with health and safety
* Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees
* Help organise events
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR Business Partner
* Other duties as and when required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly and positive demeanor
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures and documentation and knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 audits is desirable
