Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support three Partners within a leading Corporate Finance firm based in prestigious offices in the West End, London



This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining complete confidentiality.







Key Responsibilities

* Providing comprehensive diary management for three Partners, coordinating complex schedules and meetings.


\t

* Organising and preparing for board meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting packs, and minute-taking where required.


\t

* Managing extensive travel arrangements, including international itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.


\t

* Screening calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.


\t

* Liaising with clients, investors, advisers, and senior stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.


\t

* Processing invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently.


\t

* Maintaining and updating CRM databases and contact management systems.


\t

* Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and corporate documentation.


\t

* Coordinating internal and external events, meetings, and client functions.


\t

* Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Partners' day-to-day activities









\t
* Skills & Experience Required


\t

* Significant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Professional Services, or a similar fast-paced environment.


\t

* Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.


\t

* Excellent diary management and organisational skills.


\t

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


\t

* Experience using CRM systems and managing databases.


\t

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


\t

* Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.


\t

* Highly proactive with a flexible, can-do approach.


\t
