The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting site operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising trades and subcontractors
* Supporting the Site Manager with daily site activities
* Monitoring progress to ensure programme deadlines are met
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely, to quality standards, and in line with regulations
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety checks
* Maintaining site records and reporting progress
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within construction
* Strong knowledge of health & safety practices on-site
* Ability to coordinate trades and drive progress
* CSCS card essential
* SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
