Office Administrator Location: Liverpool Salary: From £26,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00 Friday: 08:00 - 15:30 We are working with a well-established Liverpool-based business to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy, fast-paced office environment. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The Role You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting both customers and colleagues while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include: General office administration, including answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors Processing daily orders via online systems, email, and telephone Managing and maintaining large spreadsheets Preparing sales quotes and handling customer enquiries Raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments Liaising with customers and couriers to arrange deliveries and collections Supporting wider office operations as required Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a fast-paced office or administrative role Experience using Sage accounting software (desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
