This leading Legal 500 and Chambers HNW accredited firm is seeking a Compliance Solicitor to join its progressive central London practice. This is a newly created position, arising as the partner who currently oversees compliance prepares for retirement. As such, it offers a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role where you can truly shape and develop the compliance function within the firm.

The Role
The firm is looking for a Compliance Solicitor with 2+ PQE (with no upper limit). This is a flexible position, available on a part-time basis (minimum 2–3 days per week) or potentially full-time.
You will play a central role in supporting the firm with audits and compliance procedures, particularly around SRA regulations and LEXCEL accreditations. Reporting directly to one of the firm’s founding partners, you will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to shape how compliance is managed as the firm continues its impressive growth trajectory.
