Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brentwood for a Property Negotiator. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients to understand property needs, negotiating sales, managing property sales to completion, handling inquiries, organizes property viewings, and working to achieve sales targets. The Property Negotiator will collaborate closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service and support clients in navigating the property market.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
* Knowledge of the residential sales market and practices
* Expertise in New Home Sales, with a focus on residential and new build developments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relations
* Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Familiarity with local property regulations and market dynamics
* Previous experience in residential sales or a related field is an advantage
