Job Title: Residential Property Fee Earner
Location: Henley-on-Thames (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

Role Summary:
You’ll join the property team as a Residential Property Fee Earner, primarily working on freehold and leasehold transactions with a focus on new build properties. This role is perfect for someone junior but capable of working independently. The team offers structured support, flexible working, and opportunities to progress your career in property law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling freehold and leasehold property transactions: Gain practical experience on a varied caseload
• Processing new build transactions: Work on projects with multiple plots and complex requirements
• Client liaison and correspondence: Develop strong client management skills
• Contributing to team administration and management tasks: Recognition for broader contributions beyond fee earning
• Supporting departmental growth and development: Learn new skills and progress within a structured pathway
Requirements:
• Some prior experience in residential property work (junior fee earner level)
• Ability to work independently on standard matters
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a collaborative team
