We are looking to find two English graduates who are keen to go on to be qualified English teachers but want to test the water first.
What can the school and role offer you as an Unqualified English Teacher?
* A unique opportunity to support KS3‑KS5 English students in and out of class whilst developing your teaching practice alongside ‘Outstanding’ qualified English teachers.
* Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically.
* Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom.
* Support subject teachers across different subjects (humanities only) and support student development academically.
* Opportunity to train as an English teacher (Schools Direct) – commencing September 2025, gaining a year's invaluable classroom experience PAID prior to teacher training.

Unqualified English Teacher + Paid Teacher Training – Range of opportunities to excel across the school within a specialist role.

Person Specification
* Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university and relevant degree.
* Aspiring secondary teacher.
* Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils.
* Confidence is key throughout these roles/school.
* Must be a team player.
