Main duties of the job
This is a permanent vacancy for 2 x 20hrs posts.
We are looking for a handyman/store person to undertake minor maintenance tasks, coordinate the delivery of goods for services, and manage stock control within Medway Community Healthcare at various sites.
Your role will include supporting the estates function in various tasks, liaising with contractors, monitoring site utilisation, and supporting the Reception team with postal runs when required.
You will need a full driving licence and basic IT skills, with the ability to work on various systems.
Responsibilities include undertaking minor maintenance, coordinating car parking, managing building opening and closing, overseeing the delivery and storage of goods, site clearing and cleaning, gardening, and supporting the estates function across multiple sites.
