Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our small team in the heart of the woodworking industry. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing our customer service experience. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional bespoke components. Ideally we need someone who is confident speaking to customers and has a basic understanding of business admin, has experience using Sage 50 and general Microsoft programs.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, maintaining professional phone etiquette. Providing an excellent customer service.
* Responsible for all Transport, Carriage Bookings and queries.
* Assist with processing online sales. Deal with order Queries
* Take card payments via an online terminal when needed.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with Sage 50 is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Previous office experience preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,000.00 per year
