Key Responsibilities of Exam Invigilator:
Set up examination rooms by laying out stationery, equipment, and exam papers in accordance with strict procedures
Ensure students are seated according to the seating plan and understand exam conditions
Supervise candidates during exams to prevent malpractice and maintain order
Start and finish exams according to official protocols
Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently
Record attendance and report any discrepancies or incidents to senior staff
