<div><p>Package Description: Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can really make a difference?</p><p>Are you an experienced care professional looking for a change?</p><p>Come and join the Agincare family as an extra care Scheme Supervisor where youll be working Rose Garden.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Day to day running of tenant support within an Extra Care Scheme, ensuring a support plan is in place for every tenant which matches their individual needs and preferences and reviewing when required.</li><li>Accurately recording incidents and reviewing these on a regular basis with the Registered Manager.</li><li>Promoting a good sense of community spirit within your scheme between both the tenants and the staff.</li><li>Ensuring effective rotas are in place with your team to allow for effective coverage of care calls, and that team members are appropriately trained to carry out their duties.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 12 months right to work.</li><li>Knowledgeable of the care sector.</li><li>Preferably within a home care or extra care setting.</li><li>Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.</li><li>QCF diplomate at level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).</li><li>Prior experience leading and engaging a team of care assistants.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Up to £28,000 per annum.</li><li>Refer a friend scheme up to £1,000.</li><li>Company pension scheme.</li><li>Fully funded training up to QCF level 5.</li><li>Blue Light care discount package.</li></ul><p>Equal opportunities are important to us at Agincare and we welcome applications from all.</p></div>
