Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience in a hybrid role such as Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner / Service Designer
* Strong discovery and structured problem-solving skills
* Confident writing requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
* Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
* Experience working with enterprise clients
* Strong understanding of digital products (workflows, usability, APIs, data)
Responsibilities:
* Support and lead discovery: workshops, interviews, journey mapping, problem definition
* Translate insight into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Own and manage the backlog, keeping the team focused on value
* Support agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
* Manage stakeholder relationships, decisions, risks, and trade-offs
* Align product direction with technical constraints and long-term sustainability
* Define and track KPIs, using results to shape the roadmap
