As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that keep our buildings and grounds in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
* Perform repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general structural issues.
* Maintain grounds and outdoor areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Handle maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely manner.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
* Assist with the setup for special events and support facilities with various maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with external contractors as needed for specialized repairs and services.
* Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in maintenance or repair work (building or facility maintenance preferred).
* Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid UK driving licence is essential.
