An opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Team in Lochaber. Applicants should have a minimum of 18 months post registration experience, hold a current NMC Registration or be working to fulfil the requirements of Return to Practise in Mental Health Nursing. A full UK Driving Licence and availability of use of own car for work purposes is required. The team in Lochaber work with a Multidisciplinary approach and as such applicants must have excellent communication, good IT skills and team working skills. This is a case load holding position carrying complex case management of adults living with Mental Health Illness. The successful applicant will assess, plan, implement and evaluate plans of care. There will be involvement in Adult Support and Protection case assessments and reviews. You will work within a recovery model, utilising a person centred approach in order to work towards maximising independence for all service users. A relocation package would be available to the successful candidate subject to meeting the criteria.
