Overview

We are looking for an experienced media professional to join our passionate Client Team, which sits at the heart of the MG OMD Government Media department. The Client Team delivers best-in-class client servicing and account management across a wide base of clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from briefing through measurement and evaluation. We collaborate with every team within OmniGOV, from implementational planning to media channel specialists and effectiveness managers, to project manage the delivery of campaigns and understand the client’s strategic objectives to identify how media buying will be used to improve outcomes and form strong business partnerships.

Government clients are grouped into 4 multidisciplinary hubs based on campaign themes and departmental goals: i) Infrastructure, Communities & Safety (ICS), ii) Health & Education, iii) Recruitment, iv) Economy and Central/Cabinet Office. Each hub is represented by a specialist from the four teams within the department, including account management, effectiveness, and implementational planning. The successful candidate will predominantly work across the Recruitment hub, which has varied briefs across Government and allows us to add value through creative thinking, inclusive planning and effective measurement. Departments under Recruitment include: Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Met Police and Department for Education. We are exploring attention and behaviour change to drive better outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities

* Join the Government client team as a client account manager and work on high-profile departments and campaigns (e.g., Department for Education, DHSC, Ministry of Justice, NHS).
* Provide account management and client servicing, ensuring smooth day-to-day activity and collaboration with junior team members to support delivery.
* Collaborate with the MG OMD Planning team and wider MG OMD to share great work, ideas, and support new business.
* Understand client strategic objectives and determine how media buying can improve outcomes through creative and effective measurement.
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary hub activities and cross-team collaboration across implementational planning, channels, and effectiveness.
