About the Role
As a Product Line Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert for the K-Winch and Automated Products (AP) product lines, driving their commercial and technical success. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Customers globally to identify market opportunities, commercialise new products and enhance existing solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning product development initiatives, supporting global sales teams, and ensuring the product line delivers strong financial performance and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
7. Drive product line performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
8. Support regional sales teams in achieving financial targets
9. Lead new product development commercialization, from concept through to product launch
10. Prepare commercial evaluations and business cases for new products
11. Define product strategy based on market intelligence and customer needs
12. Manage product launches, including marketing, training and documentation
13. Oversee key customer relationships and act as a “voice of the customer” internally
14. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends
15. Develop pricing strategies, price lists and discount structures
16. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in products and processes
Additional Responsibilities
17. Coordinate field trials and product enhancements
18. Develop tools and processes to support product sales and execution
19. Deliver product and market training to internal stakeholders
20. Ensure consistent communication across the business on product developments
21. Collaborate with global teams across engineering, manufacturing, and sales
22. Support product introduction and lifecycle management
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
23. Proven experience in product sales, new product development and / or wireline / well interventions field operations.
24. Proven experience in a product management role with commercial accountability.
25. Strong business acumen, including pricing, margin management and ROI evaluation.
26. Ability to translate customer needs into product and commercial strategies
27. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
28. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
29. Working knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 and API Q1
Desired Qualifications
30. Experience in the energy industry, particularly Wireline Intervention or related operations
31. Exposure to customer-focused engineering or technical project environments
32. Knowledge of PLM/PDM and CRM systems
33. Understanding of product lifecycle management and field application of equipment
