Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + Bonus
Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role
1. Install broadband and TV services
2. Resolve broadband faults
3. Optimize speed in our customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
4. Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
5. Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet in line with best working practices and client requirements
6. Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
7. Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
8. Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
9. Continuously develop your professional abilities through timely training
10. Comply with company fleet policies
11. Follow current health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
12. Operate tools safely
13. Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
14. Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
