* Great opportunity to join the team as UK National Account Manager
The role:
As National Account Manager you will report into the UK Sales Director, responsibilities will include:
* Managing a mix of UK customers across grocery & discount retail
* Have full P&L, take a category led selling approach and utilise all necessary data
* Manage all key brands across a mix of categories for the business
* Take the lead on the launch of a new brand into a key grocery retailer
* Be the key point of contact for major UK retailers, must be a strong relationship builder
Ideal candidate:
* Will need experience of managing top 4 grocery or discount retailers
* Preferable if have operated in a non-food category such as beauty, personal care, home or a related area. Candidates from other FMCG areas or food & drink will also be considered
* Be diligent with numbers, utilising all data to help drive sales
* Comfortable operating in a manufacturing business and understanding of processes involved
* Be a good team player, have a great attitude and willingness to learn
* This role offers the opportunity to progress to SNAM level quickly
