What will you be doing Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Supporting the estimating team by keeping core systems such as job trackers up to date Accurately measuring and pricing new-build housing and large commercial projects Ordering materials for live sites through our network of trusted suppliers Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and confirm lead times Raising purchase orders and assisting with office-based admin tasks Attending site meetings with clients, both independently and as part of a team Assisting on site and in the yard when required What do you need A minimum of 2 years' experience in an estimating role (construction or landscaping) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in AutoDesk Design Review or Bluebeam is essential CSCS Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets Good understanding of soft landscaping and installation of hard landscaping elements Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and managing material procurement A proactive and driven individual, willing to be hands-on when needed Full UK driving licence Desirable (but not essential) Relevant qualification or degree in a related field SMSTS Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Benefits Company events Company pension Employee discount On-site parking Ongoing training and development opportunities ADZN1_UKTJ
