Job Title: Sales & Marketing - Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and leading key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects from brief to delivery.
* Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
* Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
* Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
* Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment and prioritization across brands.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in FMCG marketing.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, demonstrating a proven track record in project management.
* Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
* Proven project management skills with leadership and influence over cross-functional teams.
* Track record of achieving business results and making impactful decisions.
* Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
* Experience with IMF and cross-functional leadership.
