G3 Administrator, Operations Set up and Maintenance Qualifications Scotland £14.48 per hour ?? Dalkeith | Full-time, On-site | Multiple Shift Options Venesky Brown Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with the Qualifications Scotland to recruit over 200 temporary staff including multiple Administrators with start dates as early as April and running through to July 2026. These roles are based full time at the Qualifications Scotland Centre in Dalkeith and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full training and ongoing support provided. 1:00pm 9:00pm Mon to Fri The Role As an Administrator, youll provide high level, quality customer service and administrative support to enable the delivery of Qualification Scotland products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team. What Youll Be Doing Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes. Data entry: create and maintain records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate. Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures. Provide high levels of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following Qualification Scotland guidelines while maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Carry out numerical calculations. Communicate with internal customers via email. Maintain a tidy work area and comply with all Health and Safety regulations. Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Be able to understand written and verbal communications. Good attention to detail. Good, general administrative skills. PC literate with proficient and accurate keyboard skills. Flexible working approach and ability to work on own as well as part of a team. Experience of working to tight deadlines. Good written communication skills.
