What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles
* Ability to lead, inspire, and support a small team of practitioners
* A warm, proactive, and child-centred approach
* Clear understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and health & safety standards
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring high-quality care and education
* Plan, implement, and reflect on engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
* Support, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their potential
* Observe and track children’s development, ensuring individual needs are met
* Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment at all times
* Contribute to whole-nursery initiatives and help drive continuous improvement
