About You We are looking for a practitioner who is as comfortable conducting an ensemble as they are troubleshooting a MIDI keyboard. The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant degree in Music or Music Production. Is a skilled multi-instrumentalist or vocalist with a strong command of music theory.
