A global leader in the toys and games industry is looking for a key account manager/client relationship manager to manage its top-tier retail partners across the Benelux region. This multi-billion-euro distributor holds licensing agreements with some of the biggest brands in the industry, operating in over 80 countries, with major offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France, and Germany.
With continued year-on-year growth, the business is expanding across all markets and functions — making this an exciting time to join a thriving international team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing 18 key retail partners across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This is a fully remote role (must be based in The Netherlands), with regular travel across the Benelux region and occasional visits to UK and European offices, industry shows, and client meetings. You are likely to have a few years experience under your belt and looking for that next step and hungry to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing commercial performance across your account portfolio
- Developing tailored sales and marketing strategies in partnership with each account
- Setting and tracking KPIs to drive brand performance and market share
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Representing the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and partner events
About You
- Fluent in Dutch (essential) with strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the consumer products, retail, or toy sector
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy
- Skilled in building lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike
