Weâre looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth and expand our footprint in the print management and communications space.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where youâll own the full sales cycleâfrom identifying high-value opportunities to closing complex deals and building long-term client relationships.
đ What youâll be doing
* Generate and convert new business opportunities aligned to strategic growth targets
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation â proposal â negotiation â close
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
* Develop compelling, value-led proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI
* Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to bring winning solutions to life
* Use market insights and data to shape strategy, improve win rates, and drive performance

2-5+ years in business development or strategic sales
* Proven success delivering 6-figure+ new business targets
* Strong experience in solution/value-based selling and complex deal negotiation
* Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* CRM-savvy (HubSpot preferred) with a data-driven approach
