Role:
To support our continued expansion we are looking to fill a number of office based roles and have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Call Centre Bookings & Repairs Co-Ordinator.
Reporting to the Repairs Manager, your duties will be:
· Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings
· Scheduling all work onto PDA's using the correct job lengths and within specified timescales
· Scheduling work to our Engineers
· Understanding changes and status of each customer job
· Provide a high level of personalised customer service at all times
· Liaise with engineers to book follow on jobs for customers
· Create further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered
· Logging and following up of Emergency call out orders
· Rescheduling of Follow-on orders and updating our Clients
· Monitoring/acknowledging/reschedule rejected works from the Engineers
· Updating our job management system with relevant notes
· Liaising with other departments within the office
· Deal with all telephone enquiries
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor/Work Scheduler in a fast-paced office environment ideally with Contractor/Housing Developer.
You will be well presented, confident and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
You must be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
Hours:
You will be required to undertake 5 shifts Monday to Friday of 9.5hrs per shift. You will also be required to work a rota'd weekend shift as part of overtime. We will also consider part time hours too.

· You have to love talking to all kinds of people from all types of backgrounds
· Proven background in customer service, either in a face-to-face, retail or customer service centre setting, the ideal applicants will know that just turning up to work is not enough - you have got to want to do a good job and offer the best service to the customer from the first call taken on shift to the last
· Polite and positive attitude, behaviour, drive and determination is what we are looking for
· Must be computer literate.
Personal Specification:
The Ideal Candidate must have:
· Excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
· Excellent telephone manner
· Good knowledge and experience using the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
· A willingness to 'muck in' and carryout a variety of tasks as necessitated by a small business
· The ability to work on own as well as taking direction from others but most importantly to manage their time effectively.
· Be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a busy team.
