We're now looking for a Flow First Line Manager to lead and develop a team of Flow Controllers, ensuring efficient automation, smooth work allocation, and high operational performance.
What you’ll do
* Lead and manage a team of Flow Controllers, overseeing automation of the warehouse and efficient allocation of work
* Delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational flow and productivity
* Monitor team performance and uphold health & safety standards across all activities
* Report and communicate KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability
This role would suit people who
* Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment; FMCG experience is advantageous
* Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and Matflow
* Ideally will have experience within an automated warehouse environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively
