Job Description
* Assist Restaurant Manager duties
* Check floor setup prior to service start time
* Ensure smooth service to all guests in restaurants, karaoke, and ateliers
* Align rotas with wage budgets and staff fairness
* Maintain uniform standards
* Conduct F&B training (allergens, food bible, etc.)
* Communicate and store training materials using provided platforms
* Maintain communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams
* Create and maintain a safe environment for team members
* Ensure all new members receive proper induction
* Keep POS systems up to date and managed properly
* Ensure Res Diary is functional
* Conduct duty manager shifts
* Participate in weekly F&B management meetings
