ZARA | SECTION MANAGER (Full-Time) In Chester
We’re looking for a commercially driven, people-focused Section Manager to join our team at ZARA.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own area within a fast-paced, high-volume store — driving performance through product, team and customer experience.
About the Role
As a Section Manager, you are the commercial leader of your section. You will drive sales, standards and service while developing a confident, high-performing team that delivers at pace.
You’ll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor, using insight and instinct to make decisions quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Leadership • Own sales, productivity and KPIs for your section
• Analyse product and performance data to identify opportunities
• React quickly to trading patterns and customer demand
• Ensure strong product availability through stock and replenishment routines
Customer Experience & Standards • Deliver a fast, friendly and engaging customer journey
• Maintain high visual and operational standards
• Ensure key service areas run smoothly and efficiently
People Leadership & Development • Lead, coach and motivate your team daily
• Build capability through feedback, training and clear expectations
• Create an inclusive, respectful and high-energy team culture
Operations • Support store routines and ensure consistent execution
• Maintain strong standards in Health & Safety, security and compliance
• Act as a role model for sustainable ways of working
