We require skilled individuals to provide quality clerical support to a busy immunisation department in Falkirk Community Hospital as part of the Women and Children’s Directorate.
Job Responsibilities
Key duties include:
* Reception duties
* Filing
* Photocopying
* Data entry
* Entering and retrieving information via computerised systems
* Liaising with other departments by telephone and face‑to‑face
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, an approachable disposition, and be used to working as part of a team. A good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills, is required.
Background Checks
Completion of a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check is required.
Working Hours & Pay
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rated. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
