Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant
In this role, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering learning activities that meet the needs of all pupils
* Work one-to-one or with small groups to help children overcome learning challenges
* Assist in creating a calm and positive classroom environment
* Help adapt resources and support pupils’ social and emotional development
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to encourage progress and wellbeing
