About the role
As our Housekeeper, you will ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed and, with the rest of the housekeeping team, ensure every area of the home is clean and up to our standards. This includes corridors, toilets, and residents' rooms. You will interact with residents daily, so friendliness, caring attitude, and respect for dignity are essential.
Here’s Some Other Important Things You Need To Know
* Understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and care standards.
* Ensure equipment and materials are well maintained and safely stored.
* Report incidents or maintenance issues to the home manager.
* Keep the laundry area clean and tidy, washing walls, work surfaces, and floors daily.
