Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Qualtrics EX Consultant to support our clients with implementation, configuration, and best-practice guidance. This role involves working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Qualtrics solutions and maximize employee experience outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Implement Qualtrics EX solutions following the company's standard methodology.
* Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements, document findings, and create prototypes for client confirmation.
* Configure Qualtrics EX solutions and support clients in becoming experts in navigation and utilizing the tool.
* Advise clients on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices within Qualtrics EX.
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and clients to communicate project goals, progress, and required actions.
* Present technical concepts to key stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
* Transfer in-depth Qualtrics EX knowledge to clients to enable self-sufficiency.
Must-Have:
* Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
* Multiple implementations and leading experience in Qualtrics EX projects.
* Minimum experience with Employee Lifecycle & Engagement Surveys
* Qualtrics EX Certification.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with Integrations to Qualtrics, 360 surveys and Candidate Experience.
* Knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors, and maybe a module certification.
