Position overview
As a member of the Service Delivery Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical support with their daily operations.
Responsibilities
1. Receive and handle email, telephone, and walk-up requests for service, from internal and external customers, following agreed procedures.
2. Providing guidance to clients/customers and resolving complex fault tickets within SLA.
3. Conducting desktop and network troubleshooting/fault finding.
4. Acting as a WiFi administrator and handling WiFi troubleshooting.
5. Understanding and gathering customer requirements over telephone/Teams meetings.
6. Liaising with vendors to resolve queries.
Candidate requirements
7. At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
8. Enthusiastic about IT with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient technical knowledge: Win10, Win11, Google Workspace, Cloud WiFi platforms, Mac OS, networking, Windows Servers, Office /SharePoint.
10. Strong communicator, people-oriented, and eager to help solve client problems.
11. Able to multitask, manage tight timelines, and deliverables.
12. Prioritise tasks and work in an organised manner.
13. Work effectively under pressure with a dynamic workload.
14. Detail-oriented and able to think creatively, challenging the status quo when necessary.
