We are a registered children's residential home company. We have homes in Neath and Ammanford and are committed to providing the highest standard of care. Our homes provide a safe, nurturing and private environment for young people who have social, emotional and behavioural needs.
About you

We are looking for patient and caring individuals who are able to support our young people through their challenging circumstances and work with them to build their resilience and independence. Responsibilities of the role
*Supervise and monitor the safety of children inside the home and community.
*Prepare meals and organise mealtimes and snacks for children.
*Help children keep good hygiene.
*Display yourself as a positive role model
*Promote a positive attitude, resilience and empathy
*Develop a cleaning routine throughout the day/night that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe.
*Promoting positive behaviours and outcomes.
*Taking young people on activities, education, appointment and family visits.
*Driving License essential* - role requires staff to take young people to appointments/meetings and activities.
*Minimum age 21*- Regulations for the business require that staff have a minimum age gap between them and the young people we care for.

As part of the role a DBS check will be carried out on all applicants as required by law. (We will fund this)

Flexibility needed as shifts will include days, waking nights and weekends.
Shifts are as follows-
Days - 07:30 – 20.00
Nights – :00
Average of 43.75 hours per week.
