Job Description
3. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
4. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the site.
5. Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
7. Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
8. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
9. Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety within the organisation.
10. Prepare and present reports on health and safety performance to key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
11. Relevant qualifications in health and safety management.
12. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
14. Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
15. Excellent communication and training skills.
16. Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
