Support Worker – Supported Living
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team at a supported living home near St Buryan, Penzance.
About the Role
You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible in a supported living environment. This is a rewarding role that involves providing person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting daily activities.
Shifts & Hours
1. Flexible work available
2. Weekly shifts
3. Some waking nights shifts available
4. Enhanced rate for night and sleep-in shifts
Pay
5. £12.21 per hour
6. Increased rate for nights/sleep-ins
7. Weekly pay – paid every Friday
Essential Requirements
8. Must drive and have your own car (due to rural location)
9. Required training:
10. Medication administration
11. Safeguarding
12. Manual handling
13. Epilepsy awareness
14. First aid

15. Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
16. Administering medication safely
17. Promoting independence and choice
18. Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
19. Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
