Salary: £36,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
* ITIL certification
* ISTQB certified
* Current security clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance before starting
* Extensive experience in leading test teams
* Proficient in creating test plans and specifications
* Hands-on testing experience
* Strong communication skills to liaison with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in developing test strategies, test cases based on project requirements
* Background in functional, performance, UAT, end-to-end testing, operational testing, component and systems testing
* Previous experience in an MSP or defense sector is advantageous
Responsibilities:
* Lead the test team and manage testing processes across various systems
* Create and execute comprehensive test plans
* Gather requirements for test cases and ensure thorough documentation
* Conduct hands-on testing to validate the quality of services
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, engineers, and service teams
* Develop testing strategies and specify appropriate tools for testing
* Validate system functionality through UAT and other testing methodologies
* Adapt and grow testing processes in alignment with business service development
