What youll do Lead support planning with your customers and work alongside and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

- in line with being flexible to meet the needs of the customers.
Youll work core hours between 08:00 and 20:00 with flexibility built in.
You will be working a mixture of early shifts, evening shifts and a fair share of weekends and bank holidays.
You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as you will be travelling between the properties to provide support to the customers.
Although youll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
