Time 4 Recruitment are recruiting for a Temp to Perm JIB Commercial Electrician based in Cardiff and working in South Wales and the Southwest. Our client offers Facility Management services in both Commercial and Industrial settings. This highly reputable and well-established family-based M&E contractor offer planned and reactive building maintenance services to a wide range of customers in a variety of business sectors throughout the UK- including Schools, Historic Buildings, Hospitals and Care sectors, College and Universities, Retail, Hotels and Leisure facilities plus factories and industrial. Electrician Duties to include • Electrical maintenance as part of on-going PPMs. • Project refurbishments, containment, power lighting and data. • Single and TP&N distribution board upgrades. • EICR reports and rectification works. • LED lighting upgrades and controls. • Emergency light testing and rectification works. Experience and Qualifications • To have served a full electrical apprenticeship or have appropriate technical qualifications. • BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations, specifically 18th Edition. • C&G 2391 Inspection, testing and certification or equivalent (Required), • Proven experience in providing quality workmanship. • Hold a JIB/ECS card is desirable but not essential, • Full driving licence, Benefits • Temporary to permanent role • Salary hourly rate £18.50 - £23 per hour (salary based on experience ) • Weekly Paid • Can be paid CIS through your UTR number • Company Van & Fuel Card • Working Hours 08.00 – 16.30 - 40-hour week • Weekend overtime negotiable.
