Are you a motivated sales professional ready to make an impact within a specialist market? Join our expert team at Close Brothers Asset Finance, where you'll play a key role in growing our footprint within the industrial print sector. As part of our Print business, you'll be responsible for meeting ambitious sales targets by providing tailored Asset Finance solutions and related services to businesses across the sector.

We're looking for a confident, results-oriented person with a strong sales background and a talent for building effective, lasting relationships with customers. If you have a background in Asset Finance or specialist Print Equipment, that's a plus—but above all, we're seeking someone with initiative, commercial and financial acumen, and the motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment.

This is a field-based role, so you'll work from home, based near Bristol or across the South West of England or Wales. The role involves significant travel, so a valid driver’s license is required.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Proactively source sales across the South-West, by prospecting existing customers, sourcing new clients, or through dealer introducers.
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
3. Act as a contact between the company and its markets, negotiating terms and closing sales, while gathering market and customer information.
4. Make accurate, rapid quotations and provide relevant information to close deals.
5. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying aware of new products and competition.
7. Ensure adherence to Governance and Compliance requirements and complete all reporting activities mandated by regulatory bodies.
8. Operate within FCA regulations and adhere to the Treating Customers Fairly initiative.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
* Sales-driven with the ability to plan and manage activities and contact strategies.
* Strong business and financial acumen.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Desirable:

* Previous experience of Asset Finance.
* Knowledge of the Print industry, especially asset expertise.
* Ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
