What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients and advisers. Your day might include: Managing day‑to‑day SIPP administration Processing transfers (cash, in specie, QROPS) Carrying out drawdown, bereavement, and divorce calculations Handling investment withdrawals and pension sharing orders Communicating clearly and confidently with advisers and members Ensuring work flows smoothly from request to completion Helping with internal projects and wider SIPP/SSAS tasks Supporting and mentoring colleagues as part of a positive team cultureEvery day is different - but accuracy, professionalism, and great service are always at the heart of what we do.
