About the Role
As a Training Content Designer, you'll design and develop clear, effective training materials tailored to the needs of learners across the business. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and L&D colleagues to create content that supports skill-building, compliance, onboarding, systems training, and more.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop high-quality training materials including guides, presentations, facilitator toolkits, e-learning, and on-the-job resources.
* Translate technical or process-heavy information into accessible, engaging training content.
* Work with stakeholders to understand training needs and define learning objectives.
* Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite) to create effective and user-friendly learning materials.
* Contribute to the rollout of new training programs, supporting trainers, managers, and learners.
* Gather feedback and make iterative improvements to training content based on learner experience and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in a training design or instructional support role, ideally in a corporate or operational setting.
* A solid understanding of adult learning principles and a practical approach to training design.
* Ability to work with subject matter experts to capture and structure information effectively.
* Proficiency with standard tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, or similar e-learning platforms.
* Strong communication and organisation skills, with attention to clarity and learner engagement.

* Experience supporting face-to-face or virtual instructor-led training.
* Basic media editing (video, audio, graphics) for training use.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
